再看 2024 年 2C 阶段，录取率为 74 ÷ 110 = 67.3%，1km 以内的公民，准确录取率为 74 ÷ 96 = 77.1%，上升几乎 10 个百分点！ 而 2023 年 2C 阶段，甚至从 67.9% 上升到 82.6%，上升几乎 15 个百分点！

由此可见，掌握准确录取率，对于居住在 1km 以内的公民，热门学校的入学难度，或许比想象中容易；而 1km 以外的公民或 PR，录取率或许是 0%！ 从 2022 年到 2024 年， Kong Hwa School 在 2B 阶段 和 2C 阶段，分别有 41 和 48 名家长，浪费了宝贵的机会，无效地参与了抽签。
